St. Patrick's Day Green Superhero Inspired Drinks to Help You Celebrate - re-post

A few years ago we celebrated St. Patrick's Day with some awesome green superhero inspired drinks. We decided to re-post the drinks so you can have some St. Patrick's Day superhero fun this year!

How do you make it?

Ingredients:

2 oz. Cognac (Hennessy)
3 oz. Hypnotiq
Ice

Most likely named this way because after consuming it you might find yourself in an alley naked and disoriented like Bruce Banner after a night of Hulking out.

How do you make it? 

Ingredients:

1/3 part Midori Melon Liqueur
1/3 part fresh Orange Juice
1/3 part 7-Up

Sugary sweet like Kilowog's recruit training on Oa! That's meant to be ironic Poozers!!!

This Week's Show

This Week's Show! DC Reboot!

 

This week's show is all about the first company of comics, DC! We'll do a history of Detective Comics from it's inception in the late 1930s to it's brawl with upstarts Marvel in the 60s, all the way up to this month's big 52 reboot.

We'll also review Geoff Johns precursor to the all new 52, the mini-series Flashpoint, and we'll discuss Justice League #1.

On This Week's Show! Aliens, Werewolves and Archaic Video Game Characters Oh My!

On this week's show we're bravely spanning the entertainment spectrum from Movies and TV to Video Games and Web series. We'll review DC comics attempt at a new superhero franchise The Green Lantern and the awesome new aliens kick our ass TV series Falling Skies. We'll also talk about the phenomenal first season of HBO's Game of Thrones, the first few episodes of MTV's Twilight inspired Teen Wolf (Dude really, put a shirt on!), and ABC Family's awkward seemingly female version of Teen Wolf,  The Nine Lives of Chloe King.

Then we really have to weigh our options about hailing to the king when we review the very very long awaited and ironically named video game Duke Nukem: Forever, and tell you to get over here and revel in the awesomeness of the original web series Mortal Kombat: Legacy.

We'll also talk about Stan Lee and Arnold Schwarzenegger's strange new project The Governator, Grant Morrison's new Batman comic Batman: Incorporated and the amazing new AMC show The Killing.

Also great news! After a few painful post-Pain episodes, Naruto: Shippuden is awesome again!! We'll also talk about the new Green Lantern footage from WonderCon and the trailer for the Thundercats reboot.  Oh... and Brett Ratner's new plot to destroy the world, Chaos.

It's been a crazy week in Rochester, we got to see Dave's new nephew Max, we went to the first ever AniBash cosplay event in Seneca Park and we have a new show airing!
