Katee Sackhoff on CSI? Dammit, AnnaMay Won!

CBS reports that Geek Goddess Katee Sackhoff is joining the cast of CSI (The first one, the "good?" one), for what could be a reacurring role. She'll be doing what she does best, kicking butt while looking hot!

The 30-year-old actress will play Detective Reed, a no-nonsense investigator with an acknowledged lack of sensitivity, according to published reports.

All I got to say is, DAMMIT ANNAMAY WON!!! Now I HAVE TO WATCH this damn show!!! Listen CSI was great and all but the 2 spinoffs and William Peterson leaving have just sucked all of the life (and good story plots) right out of this once great show. I love Laurence Fishburne and all, but this year stunk.

Their Big Bad for the season, Jekyll, was just a whiney brat killing people to get back at his daddy for not letting him go to college?? Really? Really??!!! You follow up the Minature Killer, one of the greatest villians they've ever faced, with a killer so diabolocal that  the only thing that could possible twart his elaborate murderous plans is seeing a Devry commercial?

But now, Katee Sackhoff is on the damn show!!!! Oh well, I was going to reluctantly watch this anyway, so thanks for making it geekier and sexier CBS!



Geez, Katee Sackhoff on CSI and Grace Park on Hawaii 5-0? Has CBS been sending Leo into my head to extract my dreams or something?
