Comic-Con Celeb Sightings


We didn't get to interview Katee Sackhoff this Comic-Con, but boy is she pretty!


Bruce Campbell's so cool, he pulls off the white sports coat with pink shirt like a champ!


Dule Hill getting interviewed (Not by us) makes us sad, we wanted to find out the truth behind the magic head!!!


We caught Lake Bell on the Comic-Con floor!

Anne Dudek was happy to answer our hard hitting questions about White Chicks!

Geek World Appearance with Bill Plympton this Friday!!!



Fans of famed animator Bill Plympton can meet Bill and Geek World hosts AnnaMay and Dave at The House of Secrets in Burbank this Friday (July 29) from 5pm-7pm. Bill will personalize and autograph his new book "Independently Animated: Bill Plympton" with a drawing of this iconic "Guard Dog". Bill will also autograph and draw on any Plympton stuff you bring, and you can have your pic with Bill blogged live!

Then at 7:30pm  Geek World, Nickelodeon and Disney animators and a gang of fans and will head over for munchies at Barney's Beanery.

AND any Geek World listener who has a comedy short (animation, or any other) will be able to make the Aug. 14  Flappers Comedy Trials, even though official submissions are CLOSED as of the 25th. Just bring your DVD to the event.

This Week's Show! COMIC-CON!!!!!!!!



This week's show is all about our adventures at the biggest entertainment convention in the world, the San Diego Comic-Con! We'll talk about all the cool booths, screenings, cosplay and stars we saw at the convention.

We'll play all the great interviews we did with stars like Bruce Campbell, Neil Burger (director of Limitless and the upcoming video game adaptation Uncharted: Drake's Fortune), the cast of Psych (James Roday, Corbin Bernsen, Kirsten Nelson, Kurt Fuller), the cast of the Batman TV series (Adam West, Burt Ward, Julie Newmar), Ray Wise, the cast of Covert Affairs (Piper Perabo, Christopher Gorham, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Anne Dudek, Kari Matchett, Peter Gallagher) and Angel creator David Greenwalt, executive producer of NBC's upcoming supernatural procedural Grimm.

2011 San Diego Comic-Con - Some Photos from Sunday

Our plan was to put up a final Mini-Episode along with a set of photos from Sunday at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con but dreamland had other plans for us! So no Mini-Episode but here is a set of photos from our time at SDCC on Sunday!
